FIRE REPORT

$5 fee

To obtain a copy of a fire report, please put the request in writing along with the date of the incident, the location of the incident, the owner(s) of the property, and any other pertinent information.

MOTOR VEHICLE REPORT (33C & 33D)

An appointment is required with the Fire Prevention Officer with the owner(s) of stolen and/or burned motor vehicle regarding the completion of Forms 33C and 33D
