SMOKE/CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR INSPECTION

1-2 units $50.00/unit (single/condo/townhouse/multi) NOT the # of smoke detectors installed
3-6 units $150.00
7+ units $500.00
$25 fee If a reinspection is necessary.
Valid for 60 days
APPOINTMENTS ARE MONDAYS & FRIDAYS, BETWEEN 9:30 A.M.- 11:30 A.M. EXCEPT FOR MAJOR HOLIDAYS. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED ONLY IF THERE IS A CONFLICT WITH THE DATE YOU HAVE CHOSEN FOR YOUR INSPECTION.
APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE DUE TO DEMAND.
APPLICANTS MUST BE AT THE PROPERTY NO LATER THAN 9:30 A.M. ON THEIR SCHEDULED DATE.
INSPECTIONS FOR MONDAY MUST BE SCHEDULED NO LATER THAN 11:00 A.M. FRIDAY;
INSPECTIONS FOR FRIDAY MUST BE SCHEDULED NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. THURSDAY.

RESIDENTIAL TANK REMOVAL INSPECTION
$20 fee (under 1100 gallons)
$25 fee (over 1100 gallons)
If the tank is underground, a Dig Safe number is required
Permit must be obtained prior to the tank removal
Tank must be inspected the day of removal before being taken off the property
COMMERCIAL TANK REMOVAL INSPECTION
$25 fee (under 1100 gallons)
$100 fee (over 1100 gallons)

TANK TRUCK INSPECTION
$20 fee
Tank Truck Inspections are valid for two years.
You must provide a copy of the vehicle registration, the location where the vehicle is parked overnight and the amount being stored prior to the appointment.
