The Fire Alarm Division is charged with the responsibility of maintaining all communication systems within the fire department. This includes the Motorola  Radio System, the Gamewell Municipal Fire Alarm Box System, the Avaya Telephone System, wiring and other related communication peripherals. In addition, traffic lights and related equipment are also maintained. The division is headed by the Superintendent of Fire Alarm, Michael Eliuk. There are also two signal maintainers within the Division.
